At Carousel, we believe every little detail matters. Every piece we create is thoughtfully designed with love, care, and comfort for your little one.

Because our relationship with you doesn’t end when your order is delivered, we’ve created a simple and transparent Refund & Exchange Policy that protects both your rights and ours. Our goal is to make every shopping experience with Carousel – Where Love Stays enjoyable, fair, and built on trust.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

Carousel reserves the right to decline any refund request if these conditions are not met. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method, or another agreed-upon method, once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Days 1–14: You may choose either a refund or an exchange.
  • Days 15–30: Exchanges only. Refunds cannot be issued during this period.

All exchanged items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the item:

  • Has been worn or used
  • Has been washed or scented
  • Is missing its original tags or packaging
  • Has been altered or damaged after delivery

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within [72 hours] of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Fees

  • Change of mind, size, or preference: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Manufacturing defect or an error on our part: Carousel covers all shipping costs.

Please review our Size Guide before placing your order. Choosing an incorrect size is not considered a product defect and will be handled according to the policy above.
